Personal data processing policy

This policy describes how personal data of visitors to dev-4-u.ru and of people who send a request through the form on the site is processed.

The personal data operator is the individual entrepreneur Maksim Leonidovich Tereshchenko, INN 381255609329, OGRNIP 321385000108056, city of Irkutsk, Russia. Contact the operator at hello@dev-4-u.ru.

The policy is drawn up in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data".

Request data you enter in the form: your name, a contact for reply (Telegram, e-mail or phone) and a description of the task.

Service data your browser sends with a request: the language of the page, the address of the page you came from and advertising campaign tags (utm).

Technical server logs: the IP address, the time of the request, the page address and browser details. They are needed to run and protect the site.

Anonymous visit statistics: the address of the opened page, the language, the device type (computer, phone or tablet), the site you came from and advertising campaign tags. This information does not identify you. The IP address is not stored in the database: unique visitors are counted with a one-time identifier that changes every day. Statistics are not collected if your browser sends a do-not-track signal (Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control).

To contact you about the request, discuss the task and name a price and a deadline.

Request data is processed on the basis of your consent. You give it by ticking the checkbox next to the submit button of the form. Without the tick the form is not sent.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to the operator's address.

Data is stored in a database on the operator's server in the territory of the Russian Federation.

Request data is kept no longer than needed for the purposes of processing and no more than three months from the last contact, unless the law requires otherwise. After that it is deleted.

The operator takes organizational and technical protection measures: connection encryption (HTTPS) and restricted access to data.

The operator does not pass your data to third parties, except where the law directly requires it and for the notifications about new requests described below.

A notification about a new request (name, contact for reply and the text of the task) is sent to the operator in the Telegram messenger through the operator's own proxy server. Copies of notifications are kept in the operator's chat and are deleted by the operator no later than the retention period of the request.

The site does not use cookies to track visitors and does not connect third-party statistics services. A service cookie is used only when the operator signs in to the control panel.

You have the right to find out which of your data is processed, to demand that it be corrected, blocked or deleted, and to withdraw your consent.

To do so, write to hello@dev-4-u.ru. The operator will reply within the period set by law.

If you believe the processing violates the law, you may complain to Roskomnadzor or to a court.
