Spets-Zashchita: an intercom service website in Irkutsk
The website of a company that has serviced intercoms in Irkutsk since 2000. Built in 2023 and maintained ever since, it was redesigned in 2026 as a building's group chat: a resident sees straight away how to pay for the intercom, report a fault or connect a smart intercom.

The task
The visitors are residents of the buildings the company services, many of them older people on their phones. Each needs to do one of three things quickly: pay for the intercom, report a fault or connect a smart intercom.
On top of that, scammers in the city call on behalf of the intercom company and trick people into giving SMS codes. Residents needed a simple way to check who called them.
What was built
- The site looks like a familiar building group chat, with the main actions on the first screen
- Payment by QR code with bank details copied in one tap, plus instructions for Sberbank Online, the Gorod payment system and ATMs
- Smart intercom in four steps: the entrance QR code, a password, the Smart Home app
- Fault reports around the clock: an answering machine, Telegram and a callback form
- Form requests arrive in the MAX messenger; the site says thank you only once a request is delivered, otherwise it asks the visitor to call
- A number check and a warning about scammers who ask for SMS codes
- An installation section: intercoms, access control locks, alarms, CCTV, doors, fireproofing
The result
The site has run at speczashita38.ru since 2023 and grows with the company: QR payment, the smart intercom and the number check were added as they were needed.
After the October 2026 redesign, desktop Lighthouse performance is 100 out of 100.
