Tochka Budushchego: a parents' portal for school admissions
A portal for parents at the Tochka Budushchego educational complex in Yakutia: the family signs up, fills in the questionnaire, adds children and follows the review status.

The task
The complex runs an admissions campaign and looks for families who share its values. The questionnaire is long, it takes 30 minutes or more, so parents need to be able to stop and come back to it later.
The school team needs to see who has applied and tell each family the decision for every child.
What was built
- Sign-up and sign-in for parents
- A five-part questionnaire: personal details, the school's approach, the family's values and expectations, reasons for the choice, how the teaching matches expectations
- A progress bar and completed-section marks, so parents pick up where they left off
- Child cards: date of birth, grade, application number
- Review status for every child
- Admission rounds by school year, with the questionnaire closed when the campaign ends
The result
The portal runs at yakutiya.tbedu.ru. The 2026/2027 admissions round went through it: applications are closed, and parents see the decision for their children in the portal.
