Production Control: contracts, visits and payments
A desktop application for the contracts department of the Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology in the Irkutsk Region. It combines sanitation and ventilation maintenance contracts, work schedules, payments and legal review.

The task
The contracts department needed to keep organizations, services, deadlines and payment details in one register, separately see unpaid and overdue contracts, and schedule visits.
A contract passes through the contracts department, lawyers, accounting and the sanitation team, so the system had to show the document's route and print it from a template.
What was built
- A contract register with organizations, managers, deadlines, addresses, payment details and services
- Separate tabs for visit schedules, overdue and unpaid contracts, and review
- Multi-level filters by organization, manager, period, type and number
- Legal review, return for correction and comments
- Contract printing from the application through Microsoft Word, plus document attachments
- An MDI interface with dockable panels and work separated by department
The result
Employees work with one register: they see the contract state, payment and service schedule, and get a printable document directly from the application. The screenshot was taken in the running system with demo data.
