The task
The security company's daily work required contracts, secured objects, equipment, alarms and client requests to be connected. Different user groups have their own tasks and access rights.
Dispatchers and economists needed flexible selections by dates, clients and statuses, subscription fee totals and Excel reports.

- Contracts with object owners: numbers, terms, services and subscription fees
- A register of stationary objects, equipment, security agencies, clients and employees
- Recording alarms, requests, duty shifts, letters and instructions
- Advanced filters by periods, clients, assignees, statuses and other fields
- Subscription fee totals and reports with preview and Excel export
- Access rights for administrators, system engineers, dispatchers, economists and other roles
The result
The system combines the security company's operational and contract work: employees get the selections and totals they need without manually merging tables, and management gets reports on objects and payments. The screenshot shows demo data.
